Jody Jedele, CCIM, is the Broker-In-Charge and co-owner of Tierra Bella Realty. Jody specializes in international services and investor clients with the purchase, leasing & properety management, and disposition of income producing property. He is also involved in real estate education; having served as a member of the Education Advisory Group at the Charlotte Regional Realtor Association, chairing this committee during 2009, as well a member of Diversity Council. He served as the moderator of the 'Managing Your Real Estate Business' seminar and previously served on the Independent Broker-Owner Council. Jody is also fluent in Spanish.
Jody also holds the CCIM Designation. The CCIM Institute educates its members on providing quality real estate analysis. This analysis includes financial, market, user and investment analysis using Discounted Cash Flow model, Internal Rate of Return and Net Present Values and much more. The goal is to provide the client with the right information to make an informed decision.
In the past few years, Jody has been involved in the purchase and development of land, working with civil engineering, DOT, Planning, Zoning, and all development related functions.
